Breakfast: Home Made Muesli




Home-made muesli

3/4 cup sunflower seeds
3/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup walnuts
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup shredded coconut
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tbsp 100% maple syrup

  1. Preheat oven to 120C. Put all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl, stir until evenly coated with the butter, coconut oil and maple syrup. 
  2. Place evenly on a lined baking tray. Bake for 25 minutes, until golden brown. 
  3. Let the muesli cool down before storing it in a air tight container.
